I’m excited to announce that next week kicks off the semester speaker series here at the Cornell Landscape Architecture Department. It’s thematically structured around the idea of provisional landscapes. It is a chance to learn about and debate some super interesting work that is pushing at the bounds of contemporary landscape practice:
Matthew Coolidge, The Center for Land Use Interpretation, September 23rd
David Fletcher, Fletcher Studio, and California College of the Arts, October 28th
Jane Wolff, University of Toronto Department Chair (and author of the excellent Delta Primer: A Field Guide to the California Delta), November 18
All talks will be at 7:30 pm in Malott Hall on Cornell University’s main campus. If you are in the area please stop by.
